Kerry D-S. sent in the following photos from the Thanksgiving for Our Blessings workshop. Nancy Searcy demonstrated the Habitat for Humanity banner projects, including how to do the binding. These wonderful ladies attended the workshop in spite dire weather warnings for the day (which didn't materialize)!

After the January 10 Business Meeting, the following Show 'n Tell quilts were shown.
First, those who finished and are contributing quilts to the Habitat for Humanity presentations:
It was announced that we are going to try to have photos of Show 'n Tell quilts taken BEFORE future meetings. Quality should improve! For instance, Debbie Ginn showed her miniature at left. Below is Connie Harrison with her quilt.
New to our area last fall, Norma Reel is now a member and an advertiser with our guild. She has many talents and teaches classes at LoneStar Quiltworks, too.
Charlotte Simpson brought three quilts which she had finished. Below, right, Peggy Cooper brought a quilt from BOM blocks she won in 2004. It looks ready for Valentine's Day!
